So I signed up for a weight loss challange at work. It goes like this: Every participant pays $50 to enter. You have 10 weeks to loose 10% of your body weight (rounded to the nearest 10 example 186 would be 18 lbs. etc). If you dont meet your goal at the ten week mark your $50 goes into the pot. If you do meet your goal you get to share in the pot.
Well I started out at 191 lbs. There fore I need to have lost 19 lbs. Which would put me at 172......well Ive been stuck at between 179 and 176 for about 3 weeks now!!!! COME ON!!! The final weigh out in on March 26th and Im affraid to admit it but at this rate Im not gonna make it!! I lost the first 12ish lbs just through diet so when I hit a wall I started working out and now Im acutally gaining weight back! I havent done any weight training just cardio, so whats the deal!! I NEED HELP!!
