Hello from Austin!!!

Hello! I'm new to MyFitnessPal. I'm excited about being fit this year, but need some motivation and support. So far I've lost 4 pounds and I have 20 more to go! I'm looking for people with the same goal that can provide advice and support so I can learn and grow and shrink at the same time!

    Hi,

    here is an advice that I have been using and it has worked great.
    Right after waking up prepare a vegetable shake. Put cucumber,
    broccoli, red or green peppers...whatever greens you have. Just a bit
    of each. Pour water on to it and shake it. If you don't have a juicer then
    you need to remove the solid pieces until it is only liquid. Drink it,
    before doing anything, breakfast or exercise. This will help you get
    the necessary fiber to absorb the protein, carbs, vitamins...and all the
    great things you should be getting and it will help you deliver all these nutrients.
    through your body. Then it will all get to your muscles and it will not be stored.
    Make it a "morning ritual" I can assure you you will start dropping pounds
    every day.
