Hey all,

I've been using this site for about a week now so I figured I'd stop by and say hello on the forums.

My weight has fluctuated from 100 to 153 lbs over the past 10 years. I lost all the weight before through starvation mode. I'm older and wiser and vowing to do this the right way.

I'm a yoga fanatic and I'm currently working on Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I'm LOVING it! It is killer and really effective for a 20 minute work out. I'm soon going to move on to 6 Week 6 Pack and No More Trouble Zones.

I have a simple goal of dropping those last stubborn 10 pounds that snuck back up on me sometime over the winter months. I'm really looking forward to my skinny jeans fitting again! :noway:

    I started off with hatha yoga about 4-5 years ago. I moved onto ashtanga about 2 years ago for more of a challenge. I still do a modified primary series 3-4 times per week. I do restorative/yin yoga every few weeks as a relaxing treat.
