New Dieter.....HCG

Hi my name is Stacey and I am 100% new to the dieting scene. My whole life I have been in shape and never had a problem with my weight. I had my daughter over 3 years ago and that is when I started my weight issues. I am in the amry and was placed on medical bed rest for the last 4 months of my pregnancy and gained 99 lbs during that time. The day I found out I was pregnant I weighed 144, but again I was active in the army and a lot of that was muscle. The day I left the hospital after the birth of my child I weighed 229. I now weigh 156 and I am 5'7. I lost about 20 lbs in 6 months and then hired a personal trainer for 2 months and lost another 20 lbs. I am not sure how I lost the other 50 lbs. It must be from stress lol!!! I would like to get down to 130 or 135. I am going to use the HCG Diet becaue I know several people that have been sucessful on it. I have had my drops since Christmas and I am concerned that they are no longer good. Does anyone know how long you can keep them for? Today is my first day on the 500 cal. phase. It does not seem to be that hard, but I am sure the bad part will kick in soon. Well thanks everyone for reading my story and I hope to get a postitive feeling from this website:)

    The drops keep pretty well and will still be fine to use. Try to keep them in the fridge between rounds tho- and out of any really warm conditions (I left a bottle in the car mid-summer so I had to toss it out). As far as hunger pains, the first week is the hardest, after that it gets much easier. If your eating like you should the calories go a long way and the weight comes off. Keep your water intake up- it helps. My husband has lost 80 pounds overall and I have lost 50 so far. Couldnt have done that well without the HCG drops.
