I love banana icecream and have been experimenting! I tried this the other day - it's amazing. Freeze a large banana in small chunks. Once frozen, add a pot of yogurt (I love peach activia - I'd go for low fat) and the banana chunks to your smoothie maker/mixer and it turns to a creamy, slightly melted icecream! Yum. I'd say, depending on the yogurt you use, this recipe is around 160 calories... great for breakfast!
