I alternate between two playlists--one is mostly rock and the other is fast latin (ie. mambos/sambas). I find that having two distinct playlists helps me avoid getting bored with one and I work out better.0

I've seen http://jogtunes.com/ recommended several times. One of the benefits is that you can select music based on the tempo/speed you'd like to run!0

No prob just don't go overboard with rocky stuff, like eye of the tiger! i have it, but I often skip it cause it just reminds me of so many ridiculous parodies haha! stick to the more obscure ones like these 2.0 -
I agree with Sara.. I have several play list.. because I will get too bored.. but it is nice that I kinda know how far I have run (or have left to go) by the number of songs once I have the play list memorized.. but here are a few I have playing in my ears
