GSP Rushfit DVD

Has anyone tried the Rushfit DVD workout by UFC champion George saint Pierre? I have done mma type workouts in the past, and it really increased my endurance. I wanted to see if anyone had tried these workouts.

    I have it, but I have never looked at it..
    In fact well meaning people tend to send me every new workout dvd series that comes out lol

    I would LOVE to know what this program is like. I want to know the level of intensity it's catered towards. ..
