I wanted to pass a website on to everyone. I was curious the other day about my level of fitness and trying to balance things out to get an "all over fitness ability," not just a good runner or biker. I love trying new things and found this site helpful with fitness AND calorie information.

    Thanks Sandi! I can't wait to check it out! :happy: After I go lay down for a bit. I need a recharge before I groom dog #4 LOL! We are doggy sitting for my friends who took one of our puppies. She still comes to visit so I can groom her! :happy:

    Hey, I am now looking at the lower left of that page, it has some "calorie in and calorie out" information.
