I've noticed that since joining MFP, I've been especially diligent about eating fruits and veggies with high fiber and high water content. But this also generated another problem for me...
Does anyone have trouble holding their bladder after eating all these healthy foods? I seriously went to the bathroom eight times before noon today. EIGHT. It's driving me crazy!

i've only just joined this evening, but yeah if i drink lots of water during the day or more than usual i find myself going like a mad women haha so i can definatly relate0

The same thing happened to me for about a week and a half, then I guess my body got used to the high water intake, because I went back to normal urination schedule lol0

I swear I have to pee every hour, sometimes more, now that I drink so much water. I'm also very regular and seem to have more gas than I have ever had in my life.0

You will probably be this way for a couple more weeks. It's essentially detox. Your body is working hard to get rid of the all the crap you used to eat because it knows you're eating healthy now. That's pretty much it. If your bladder stays overactive after 2 weeks you should schedule an appointment with your doctor.0

So true! Glad to hear I'm not the only one. :P Eating smaller meals more often has helped me deal with the gas buildup in my stomach. But on the days that doesn't work, it's always a battle between me and my digestive tract!0
