    momogogo is 110% correct!!!! If you don't put everything you put into your mouth into MFP, you are only cheating yourself.

    Also, always choose the item with more calories if you cannot find exactly what you're eating (ex. going out to a local restaurant).

    as this weirdo klamont guy said, i agree. its OK if you go over. nobodys perfect and you may have days or weeks where you are struggling. the great thing about MFP is that you can get back on the horse and keep going.

    get in a habit of posting your food to the best of your ability and eventually meeting your goals becomes far easier as you start to curve what you eat and finally truly CONTROLLING what you eat.
