Today I was brave.
I got on the scale for the first time since I was 17 years old. Now, I knew that I would've gained weight, I was hoping that it wasn't more than 5 or 10 lbs...
apparently in the past 4 years, I've managed to pack on 30lbs. I was a rail in high school. Now I will say I'm much more muscular, but it still sent me into a panic.
I'm very upset. I feel like I look okay. And I know I'm still healthy and I do workout for at least 45 minutes 5-6 times a week. I run. I lift weights. I do circuit training and bootcamp classes. but I'm now much more self conscious. I wish I'd never stepped on the damn thing.
I HATE IT.

SOOO time to change all of my settings...15 MORE lbs to lose. FABULOUS.

    Thank you so much!

I know the scale isn't exactly what I should judge by, but geez, it was so shocking and upsetting.
Hopefully that will NEVER happen to me again.
