    It's a Winston Churchill quote that fires me up these days -
    Success is not final. Failure is not fatal: it's the courage to continue that counts.

    This reminds me that I've made the commitment to live healthily, not perfectly. I'm gonna make mistakes but it's in the continuing on that I'll prove to myself what I'm made of :)
