I know there's a lot of talk about this on this site, and yes I went out and bought it after reading everyones comments on the program......but here's my question.......how do you log it on here????? i checked to see if it would pop up when typed in and nothing. So any info any of you could give me on how you log it would be great! thanks

I've logged it under "Circuit Training" because that's what I've seen others do. But the only real way to know is to get an HRM.0

Circuit Training:) When are you starting it? I just started a 30 day challenge which startes tomorrow...you should join us :bigsmile:0 -
I also log it as circuit training. My hubby has a heart monitor and with 30 day shred, you typically only burn around 200 calories. But you get so much more out of it because you're buildling nice, long lean muscle!0
