i was wondering what some of you do during the day that isn't really a workout, but might be a little boost. i sometimes do a couple squats or lunges when i'm watching tv....not a lot mabey 15-20 & i do planks if im sitting on the floor for something (i'm down there anyway). i also tend to do bicep curls when i'm carrying groceries or bags. & im a fan of doing a couple leg lifts with my morning strech before i get out of bed hahaha

i know none of these things will be contributing to major cal burn or toning, i never really sweat when im doing them. i just feel better that i'm doing something, when i could be doing nothing i guess. & it probably helps with flexability or strength... maybe? i don't really know about that, but i enjoy doing it even if there isn't much benifit.

what do you do? i've heard a few people say they do butt clenches while waiting in line, but i feel like people can tell hahahah

I will drop and do random sets of push ups(not a lot..I can only do 15 or so at a time) Or lunge walk down the hall.lol. The kids look at me like I'm nuts but whatever...lol. There was a move called the scorpion on Biggest loser last week...I just have to do like 5 of those and my heart rate shoots up. Push up...flip over supported by 1 hand and kick up same side leg and reach up with opposite arm to touch foot. back to push up and flip the other way to do opposite side. It was a cool move on TV but hard to explain.

I'm also on the pushups wagon since my upper body strength isn't quite all I'd like it to be. At least once a day, I'll try to just get down and push out 20-25.
