Why do we not get any calorie credit for weight training?

It doesnt take in account how much you lift and all that...log it under strength training and you get the calorie credit.0

The strength training section is to log/track your progress, the cardio section (logging as "strength training") logs/tracks your cals burned.0

For the most accurate calorie tracking, especially for strength training, you should use a heart rate monitor.0
