How many of you started out eatin 1200 calories or close? I started out a year ago eating 1200 to 1260 I just have been feeling lately I think I need to bump it up. I feel like when I get to dinner time I just don't have much left over. I weight 112 I don't want to lose lbs maybe 2 but just inches. I am 5'2. If I bumped up to maintenance do you like i will still lose/

i would change it to maintenance. The way your going to loose inches, but not weight is through exercise and strength training

You don't want to just jump to maintenance, because your body isn't used to eating that much and you may gain a bit. Gradually work up to maintenance, and I think you should be fine. A friend gave me that advice and it worked well. Good luck :)

Just eat more healthy calories then you will be fine. If you add more calories to your day don't waste them on unhealthy food.

I went from 1200, to 1450, still losing, then 1600 or whatever my maintenance was meant to be, still lost more, so now I'm up at 1790, and no gain yet (scales just changed though, so it will look like I have this week's WI). Just try creeping it up and see what happens.
