:happy: Hello all!! I just joined this site on Monday. So far it is going great! I also started the Insanity workout proram on Monday, which is kicking my but! I wanted some extra motivation which is why I joined this site. I love the fact that I am able to track my daily calorie intake and gain knowledge from the different topics posted on here. I found that this is also like facebook, because I am able to add friends and make and receive comments! Whoo hoo!!
My goal is to lose 40 pounds by May 22nd. Your encouragement would be greatly appreciated...
