I'm out :sad: Very sad. I hate my scale and my body. This week, I started working out at a gym, had a massive cold and had been on tons of cold meds. Somehow I've gained 5 pounds in a week! :grumble:

Heather - I'm so sorry! I bet its mostly your muscles retaining that water. Whenever I amp up my workout like that, especially with weights, I retain A LOT of water!0 -

no freaking clue how I lost this week, With TOM and a weekend full of baking ( have to make a wedding cake, grooms cake, and full dessert bar) I had absolutely no time to work out, and I had to do a little taste testing of my sweet treats. lol. I was for sure I was out this week. Glad I'm not!
