March Interval Training Challenge

Hey there....who wants a challenge!

Weekly Plan that im gunna do and you can stick with too.

4 times interval training sessions (either treadmill or outside) Me personally i am going to do 30 sec sprint, 60 sec rest x9

1 bike ride per week 8k +

That is 5 workouts so totally achievable. Im gunna start this as of tomorrow (1st March in my country ) till the 1st of April and lets see how much we lose in measurements and weight by then. lets egg each other on!
