I have been on this on and off for the last couple months, but never really got into it. It depressed me to see that the amount of calories i was taking in was way too much. But today I decided to start fresh, refreshed all my goals and weight and everything, and am starting new. I am convinced that if I'm getting depressed seeing the amount of calories I'm eating in my food, then I should stop eating so badly, not stop tracking.

Is anybody else having issues like that?

  • Every day is a struggle, I do the same! I lose my way and hate being told no. I should be able to eat whatever I want! But I realized that my horrible eating habits were passing to my kids. If I can't show the example how will my kids grow to be healthy and active. I refuse to be another statistic of obese young women and pass it to my kids! Good luck! Add me for support if you would like :)

I have been on and off of this site so many times and even when I am staying within my calories I get upset when the scale is not moving. I keep returning here though and hoping that if I keep trying that i will see the scale go down.
  • I do the same thing! When I first started using the site, I was so freaked out by how many calories I had been consuming and it just seemed very overwhelming. I took a two week break and gained back the four pounds I had lost - not a good idea! Haha. I started fresh a few days ago and I am determined to reach my goals this time! I've found that it helps if I have a few friends on here to hold myself accountable, so that I feel a little guilty if I don't log in :) Feel free to add me if you want!
