Get well soon-Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup..EASY!!

Serves 10....Makes 4 Quartes
4 OZ Medium Egg Noodles (1/3 of a 12-OZ Package)
1/4 Dill
4 Bone In Chicken Breast Halves........I use boneless......3 lbs.....
6 Carrots, sliced 1/4 thick
4 Celery Stalks, Sliced 1/4 thick
2 Med Onion, Sliced Crosswise 1/4 In thick
10 Cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
1) Cook noodles according to package
2) Place dill with chicken, carrots, celery and onion. Add enough broth to cover....bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper and simmer until chicken is cooked through.....20-25 min.
3) Transfer the chicken to a bowl and when cool enough to handle, shred meat. If bone in.....discard bone.....if boneless, stir the chicken and noodles into the soup.
Per Serving: 238 Cal......16 Carb....2 G Fiber......8 G Fat.......514 Sod......

I was just thinking that I wanted to make some soup! Might have to try this once I make it to the store because I'm missing some essential ingredients...like the chicken! LOL0
