    I got it a while ago did it for 10 days then stopped.
    I'll be up for doing it again.
    Does anybody know how many calories roughly you would burn doing level 1?
    Would be good to know so i can track it on here.

    Just did day1 level1 . . . it was okay except I have this weakened/sore right knee, so I was a bit of a whimp with that. (Careful with the lunges and such) I may be bumping up to level 2 soon. I still have to run later when hubby gets home. Oh, and the 2yo daughter of mine got on the floor for my ab work too. She also wiped the sweat from my forhead. It was really cute.

    Ahhh cutie....Be careful and do the low impact if you are sore....No injures cause then you wont be able to do any......you can go to level 2 i just have to put that info in I will be doing that tonight for the ones that already started.......

    you can log it under circuit training general...its about 363

    i added my weight to the spreadsheet and i'll add my other measurements tomorrow since that's when im starting. :)
