Well, I fell down my stairs this morning carrying a load of laundry. It was quite scary, and ended up hurting my back pretty bad. I think I'm just bruised up, but there goes my walking for today, I can't even walk to the bathroom. I will have plenty of time to drink my water though, while I am sitting on the couch doing NOTHING! GRRRRR0

Well, I fell down my stairs this morning carrying a load of laundry. It was quite scary, and ended up hurting my back pretty bad. I think I'm just bruised up, but there goes my walking for today, I can't even walk to the bathroom. I will have plenty of time to drink my water though, while I am sitting on the couch doing NOTHING! GRRRRR

So sorry Marybeth!! I did something similar Friday night, but I landed on the edge of a metal step, so I am feeling your pain. Have you seen a Dr? Might not be a bad idea....especially if you experience numbness or tingling in your legs. I hope you get to feeling better soon!! :flowerforyou:0 -

I totally jogged/ran 13.5 min without stopping!!!! That is the longest ever! haha I can't run! Or at least I didn't think I could- and now I CAN! Well I have progressed from 4 min max to 13.5!!! Woot woot! Shooting for EVENTUALLY a 5k. :-D We shall see.
Today was a rest day! Back at it tomorrow! :-D
