I am because I really want to see Anne Hathaway and James Franco host. I think they will be fun, and bring some youth to the show.

I saw The Fighter (which was great!), Toy Story 3 (eh, first one was better), Inception (love it!) and True Grit (also very good)

What was everyone's favorite dresses? There were so many great ones. I loved Mila Kunis, Amy Adams, Celine Dions (surprise!), and Gwyneth Paltros.

I am too! I'm rooting for the King's Speech and Colin Firth - it was such a fantastic movie!! The Social Network was an impressive movie too.

I actually saw a bunch of the movies nominated this season:

The King's Speech (drool Colin!!!), Black Swan, The Kids are Alright (just "meh" about this one), The Social Network and Blue Valentine.

My sentimental favourite is Colin Firth...after all, he will always be my Mr. Darcy. ;)

I'm glad Christian Bale won for best supporting. He is so good in all his movies, and really takes the role seriously. He was great in The Fighter.

I work at a newspaper, so of course I'm keeping an eye on the show so I can get a story in tomorrow's edition.

Reese Witherspoon looks like a living Barbie doll ... it's rather creepy, actually!

Also, who told Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin those white tux jackets were a good idea? Eyesore!

Of all the movies nominated for anything, the only one I watched was the documentary Gas Land. Ehh, maybe next year one or two will appeal to me. I did enjoy most of the dresses that were on display.
