Hey peeps. I just wanted to say hi. Its a little belated as i joined yesterday, but i am really enjoying this site. My goals are more body fat orientated then actual weight loss, but it does make me feel better seeing the pounds decrease when i step on the unholy scale!!

Good luck to everyone, and drop a line if you find any good strength training or cardio routines

Feel free to add me and help build on a good support network of motivators

    I know everyone talks about it, but seeing it in action is proof. I did it for even a short time 2 hrs ago and lost 28 lbs in 40 days. Other friends of mine trimmed up and improved their body fat % greatly. For the $, can't beat it. I'm on a journey to 250 so I can start it again on June 1st.

  • Thanks, it will be a struggle, but just recently my younger brother started going to the gym with me. I am shocked that he has been at it for over three weeks now and still going strong. I was in dire need of motivation at the gym to push my self over a plateau, and to have some friendly competition :)
  • Thanks for the tip with the P90. My only concern with that program is that i'm waiting for my third knee surgery (second reconstructive). Oh did i mention i'm a student :) maybe this summer when school calms down, as my friends that have done the program and stuck with got fantastic results from it!
