I have seen results this week on the scale!!! I had only lost 1lb in 2 weeks and was ready to throw in the towel. I stepped on the scale this morning and to my surprise have lost 4 pounds!!! Woooooooohhhhhoooooooooo!!!

That's the way it usually works! I lost and gained the same 3 pounds for over two months then in late January the pounds just started coming off. Great!0
