Kudos to MFP

I'd just like to say I'm super happy that I joined Myfitnesspal (thank you Laci / PB2MYJ). At first I was just using it to log my daily/normal food intake. I've found myself, mostly today really making sure I'm staying on point with my intake and making sure whatever I'm making works for my set calorie/fat intake.
I've been logging in for almost a week (tomorrow is a week) and I've not gone over my calories or fat that I've been allotted and the first 5 days I was just consuming what I'd normally consume. Today has been the day I really took everything I was putting into my mouth into consideration. I hope I can keep this up because I'm really enjoying it and hopefully once I'm not sick anymore I can get up and start moving.

I feel the same way about MFP. I have never dieted like this before. It has opened up my eyes to what I had been eating. Even when I thought I was dieting I was doing it wrong. I had never counted calories before and I think it's wonderful that they add them up for you. I have nothing but praise for this site. I have the app on my iphone and I love it too....0
