Breakfast Smoothie

Hello, there! Below is the recipe for a breakfast smoothie that I have every morning. It has ground flax seed, a wonderful source of Omega 3's, psyllium husk (great for fiber to make it more filling), vitamin powder (I get mine from the Vitamin Shoppe. I hate taking vitamins so this is a great way to get them in!), and yummy fruit and yogurt. I hope some of you can use it to start out your morning with a good, healthy punch! I bought a "Magic Bullet" blender that uses individual cups to make them in. It fits perfectly!
Bananas - Raw, 0.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) 61 /16/ 0 /1
Blueberries - Frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup, unthawed 40/ 9/ 0 /0
Crystal Light - Sunrise Classic Orange Sugar Free, 4 fl oz 3/ 0/ 0/ 0
Dannon - Light 'N Fit Yogurt, 4 oz 60/ 7/ 0/ 3
Psyllium Husk , 1 Tablespoon 15/ 5 /0/ 0
Flax seed - ground, 1 Tablespoon 40/ 2/ 3/ 2
