Hey everyone I am trying to loose 50 lbs by June, I am turning 21 in the end of May and would like to have a good summer where I feel comfortable in my own skin. I am pretty good at working out, I can do it for long periods of time if I have good music. But its the food I cant stop. I am wondering if there is anyone who can help me do like a 90 day challenge. Ill stick to it. I just need help on what to eat everyday and such. Thanks guys :)
