So today is the start of two daily trips to the gym. First thing for cardio and evening session for weights. Hoping this doesnt burn me out, any tips for keeping energy levels up whilst not consuming sugary foods?
Also any tips for keeping strong in relation to not snaking and not eating badly how ever tempting it is?
