Losing weight slowly-- skin not linking it though

:smile: Hello I am currently trying to lose 1 to 2 pounds a weeks, after two years of finding myself in plaster cast after accidents caused by other people, I am finally free from mulitple hospital visits every year. So trying to now lose the weight I have accrued over this time after not being able to exercise due to a torn archilles heel and a broken wrist

The weight is coming off well but was wondering how to stop the issue of the skin not bouncing back. Does anyone have any tips for helping this??
