My digital scale tracks weight, body fat %, water weight, bone density, and muscle mass. So far I've only been tracking weight and body fat but want to start paying closer attention to the other three. I remember the booklet that came with the scale had healthy ranges for all the categories, but I can't seem to find it.
Does anyone know or suggest a website that provides that information? I'm female and 24.
Thanks!

the manufacturer's web site should have an online owner manual with that information. Good luck with it!

Honestly.. I wouldnt rely on your scale for telling you anything more than your weight, as I know many people got on the scale and it asid there body fat was 30% or more but when got the pinch test for body fat it was closer to 20%.. so theres not much accuracy on the scale... I would recommend going to your doctor for the body fat and other things your looking to know.. focus on your weight and measure your body, you will see the inches coming off!
