Green tea is great for eliminating that feeling in me. Pineapple juice is always a good one, too, but only if it fits into your daily calories.

I would say Water, and watch you Sodium intake...and if you can fart or poop...It may help

Water! hot water bottle on your tum, and i'm not seeing much fruit of veg in your diet
  • It may be something you ate that was high in Sodium or certain foods that your body doesn't deal well with. I noticed that days that I stick to lean proteins, vegetables, whole grains and fruits, I feel great. But if I eat foods made with refined flour, drink alcohol or too much dairy, I usually wake up bloated the next day. Maybe check you food dairy and try eliminating something to see how it affects you. If your digestion is not working well, I recommend 1 tbsp of magnesia milk, 3 nights in a row. It doesn't cause any "accidents" and clears up your digestive system (taught to my mom by a naturopathic doctor decades ago and always worked for us).
  • Fennel Seeds. Go to your local health food store and they should have them. You chew on them and they stop your bloating and calm the stomach.

Definitely water. I feel that way every time my water to sodium intake ratio is off, and always goes away when focus on drinking enough water. I would suggest tracking your sodium...was a huge eye opener for me when I did.
