3 cookouts this weekend and the 3rd one killed me!!
I am so mad that I ate that extra hotdog I dont even feel hungry today lol.. sounds crazy but i think my eating habits are more psychological then actually being hungry!


this is a new week so i am def. starting fresh and adding an extra day at the gym!

    Know exactly what you mean. I ate out Sat and Sun night and ruined a couple weeks of hard work. I think it is mostly water gain from salt that is in everything at the restaurants. I'm back at it today working hard and sticking to it. I need to make better choices when I eat out.
  • Dont feel bad..all the weight I that I lost last week (5lbs) put on again and did it just over the weekend. I went camping and ate smores, drank beer, no water, etc...that's okay becuase I am the only one to blame. I am obviously still sitting on the fence and wont commit myself to the weekends. I can only stay on track M-F what is that about? Enough is enough. I took some pixs today in my bra and undies and talk about motivation...yuck! No more. I will change this stupid and hurtful behavior. I have too for my sanity as well as my health.
