For my friends across the pond (England), you've seen this. But for my American friends, you probably haven't. I recently came across this show called Super Size vs Super Skinny. You'll have to hit up YouTube to watch it. It's on the BBC website, but they block it from the US.

Here's what the show is about. They take a HUGE fat person and an anorexic person and stick them in a house together for a week. They make them swap diets for a week so they can really see how ridiculous each one is eating. The best part is at the beginning of the show when they have the two people stand there in their underwear and they put all the food they eat in a week in a giant clear tube, so they can see how disgusting it really is.

In season 3, they also follow some anorexic people on their therapy to learn to eat again. There is also a short segment which follows a female news reporter on her quest to drop pounds. She tries out all the different fads for losing weight.

They refer to weight in STONES and POUNDS. 1 Stone=14 pounds. You have to do a little math to keep up...

I've been watching it while on the elliptical, it's great motivation to eat healthy. Especially when you see the people eating junk!

It looks like they're on the 3rd season. I've seen about 10 different shows. I like season 3 the best, the first 2 seasons seemed to be all over the place, they seem to have season 3 down better. So start with Season 3 and work back...

When you do go to YouTube, they break it down by season, episode and part. It's usually 5 parts (about 10 min each). What I do is create a playlist and put the shows in the playlist and then it plays them all in order.

To get you started, I created a playlist for Season 3 Episode 1: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=41350143C3A4CFFE

Enjoy, let me know what you think.
