Workout calories

Hello all,

I've been a member of this site for a while, but this is my first post (be gentle!!).

I had a question I was hoping the community here could help shed some insight on...

For daily calorie goals, my amount is set for the lowest amount allowed: 1,200. This is providing I workout the 35mins for 4 days a week I'd input for my weekliy goals. I had put this information in for the actual workouts I do in the gym (which I have yet to do!! Lazy bum. But, it's what I'm shooting for). At work, I actually walk for about 1 hour combined each day for 5 days each week.

So my question to you fine folks is: should I be adding these walks to my weekly workout goal? Should it be added on top of the gym workouts I'm striving for?

Any input is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
