Sound advice. This was the first year I started to do all of the things mentioned in this article and it is the first time I have seen the results that I have always strived for. Great article.

    Wonderful!
I always do try to push myself, for a little longer or a little harder then is comfortable, but now I will also focus on high intensity for my next workout.

    great artical thanks
  • I find that training with friends helps me when I'm working at a higher intensity. On my own the temptation is to feel "it's too hard" and back off, but with friends (we all agree) that no one wants to admit to feeling "it's too hard" so we all keep going. The congratulations and high-fives at the end of a HIIT session make it seem worthwhile
