I currently have 1300 calories per day and I always fall short towards the end by dinner time. I only usually have about 500 by then. If I work out, i dont care as much because I burn alot. Does anyone have any ideas on how to spread out the calories and how many each meal should be?

Personally I log everythign at the begining of the day that I plan to eat. That way if I don't have enough for a good dinner I can find out before it's too late!
I try to have a breakfast under 300 cals, a lunch under 300 cals(if I want a big diner I usually have about 200 clas for lunch) and then a one hundred cal snack through the day, then I usually have enough claories left over for a good sized dinner.

    What she said...
  • Breakfast - 300 cals
    snack - 100
    lunch 400
    snack - 100
    dinner - 400

of course you can switch it around however you like. A 400 cal dinner might be tough. But if you are working out daily it shouldn't matter if you go over slightly.
