So I was happily going along with a 1200 calorie intake daily plus exercise calories (eaten) Then I saw on here somewhere to check calorie intake on another programme to make sure you eating enough!! Well now its saying I should be eating 1400 minimum. So I upped my calories on mfp manually but am now worried I wil be eating too much!!!
