Ok, It Tastes Ok...Im not a fan of vegtables in general so maybe thats why im not fond of it over all but its managable, the reason i eat is is because it literally peels away the lbs and is jam packed with healthy vegtables, i used this soup for a month and lost 30LBS!!!(along with other healthy foods and exercise!!!) so in my mind its worth it to just eat it, get your veggies in and watch the weight just come right off you ( or so it did for me) i eat it every day for dinner!

so here it is!!

Ingredients:
22oz Cabbage (medium size)
42oz Onion (a bag of onions)
21oz Celery( a bunch)
28oz Canned whole tomatoes cut up and drained ( add juices later)
7.5oz green pepper(about one medium)
*no salt* ( its a name brand salt substitute potassium)( i use ALOT)
and pepper to taste
cold water to cover

Method:

1.remove outer leaves of cabbage and core, cut into chunks.
2.Trim celery, leave fresh leaves on. thickly slice onions
3.remove seeds from pepper, cut into chunks
4.place all ingredients in very large pot and bring to a boil.
5. stir in salt and pepper, reduce heat and cover
6. simmer until all vegtables are tender (about 2 hours)
7.Portion into 1 or 2 cup serving sized, freeze what you wont use within 3 days.

I divide it into 10 portions, thats the nutritional information for 1/10th of the entire pot.

Now eat and watch the weight melt off you!

I love cabbage and just bought a bunch, so I will make this today, thanks!

Sounds similar to a weight watchers one I had years ago, works well to fill the hungry spots
