This is my first day of attempting to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Although my short term goal is to drop some fast weight for an upcoming vacation, I also want to retrain my way of thinking about food and fitness. I'm finding that with age comes the sad heartbreaking break up of the once close bond with your metabolism. (haha) This site was recommended to me by a close friend so.....here goes nothing.... any support, advise, laughs and friendships are welcomed.
