Set me a challenge?!

Hi All,

I'm quite competative when it comes to challenges (unless i set them myself) so i thought, because im having such a hard time staying on the wagon - that i would ask you all to set me challenges and i'll choose one to do each week - nutrition or exercise i dont mind (although i do work 8:45am-5:15pm weekdays and tue, wed, thurs evenings 5:30pm - 8:00pm so time may be a slight issue unless i make my self get up early or stay up late).

SO.........

What do you challenge me to do?

    I read today of a group of girls that are going all vegitarian for one week. They wanted to see how it made them feel and if they would experiance any differances. I challenge you to do just that and tell us all about it.

    We are trying to log our food in advance and stick to it, when I plan my meals in advance I can always stay within calories allowed but in practise my sweet tooth sometimes gets the better of me!!! I'm trying this tomorrow, hopefully it'll help me stay on track...

    Tomorrow is Day 1 so it's the perfect time to start xxx:drinker:

    ooo both good ones - will have to wait till wed to try going vegetarian as i got some chicken out to defrost for lunch tomorrow :p
