I recently purchased a Polar HRM monitor and I would like to track my progress and my workouts so I can later look at graphs, trends, etc....
Polar has an application for download on 'polarpersonaltrainer.com' but I don't have a Flowlink so I can't use it. I would just like to enter my numbers manually. Anything out there that I could use? For free?

I would use the website mainly for circuit/weight training and cardio workouts.
Not really for running. I don't run. I sorta wish I did, but it bores me :indifferent:

RVacon71: I checked the website you suggested and it's 35$.. I was looking for a free download if possible.

Natural: the website you suggested are for runners I think... do you know if they can be used to track weight lifting or circuit training?

Thank you both for your suggestions! hopefully I'll find something to my liking :smooched:

dailymile you can track walking, running, weights, elliptical, yoga, bellydancing, whatever.

sports track is free, but you won't be able to see all of your workouts unless you pay the 30 bucks. dailymile is free and you can see all of your workouts. i just did an elliptical workout and logged it http://www.dailymile.com/people/valerie13

Actually you can download for free, the $35 is an activation to unlock additional features in the program.

I just bought a Polar FT4 and I'm using the manual entry feature on the polarpersonaltrainer.com - you don't have to have a flowlink to do that.
