Hey, I bet I hit that 1200 goal today.. for lunch I had curry chicken, veggies, white rice and a plantain (woop, woop) I think when I out it in it totaled 850 cal... geesh after my 200 cal breakfast i think I'm good for the day. Luckily I burned off almost 500 this AM working out!! ENJOY THE DAY !!
