finally fed up

Hi! I am new to fitnesspal. I tried it a year and a half ago and used it for about two days. I had lost 10 pounds on my own (with tons of running) but soon after I dropped out of running and now have regained the 10 pounds. I need to create more healthy eating habits and consistent exercise routines.:smile: I am almost 46 years old and like my two glasses of wine at night, but they are giving me a TIRE around my waist that I need to get rid of! So I am trying to switch to tea and water.

    welcome back and good luck!
  • welcome back, my personal suggestion is keep 1 glass of wine to start. get back to the running, i begrudge everystep but nothing moves the scale like running shoes! 1 glass will be a reward and soon, you will be where you want to be! good luck and happy running:drinker:
