This is a tough one.. how do I enter a slice of pizza from a pizzeria.... theres no nutritional facts to be found ...do you guys do an estimate??? if so, what? its my first day trying to count my calories and eat what i like rather than starving myself and eating salad and grilled chicken 24/7...

I try to find it doing a search on google first. If that fails and I can not find the nutritional fact on something then I look for a similar thing. For example I order my pizza from paisanos, however I use little ceasers pizza for the calorie count and since paisanos pizza is cut in smaller slices I give it 2 slices for ever 1 little ceasers slice.

If i cant find it, I find something that I think compares (diffrent brand) I try to over estimate

I either estimate from the nutritional info from a similar food, or I estimate the quantity of each significant ingredient and add them up individually. I like to eat out too, and a lot of independent places or smaller chains don't have nutritional info. You just gotta ball-park it sometimes. If it's not that frequent it shouldn't be that big of a deal. I'm about due for some pizza myself!

I always find comparable items and average them out. I'll over estimate, though, since it isn't accurate info.

Everything in moderation. Don't deprive yourself, otherwise you're more likely to fail.
