Hey yall...sorry it took me so long to get this up....I don't have muvh time so sorry if its short...any questions message me and I will be glad to help...

Februray was a exercise challenge....making this a food challenge...

March Challenge: Stay under your calorie goal!!!

March Challenge Post Layout: when you post your weeks please use this format!

Week One:
03/01/11 Tue: Your calorie goal= ? / Today's calorie total= ? / Remaining = + or - ?

example: 03/01/11 Tue: Calorie Goal = 1500 / Todays total = 1200 / Remaining = + 300

bad example: 03/01/11 Tue: Calorie Goal = 1500 / Todays total = 2000 / Remaining = - 500

We want to try to have all plus signs on remaining!!!!!

Now I want you to make THREE GOALS for march....it can be weight, personal, food, whatever!!!!

I hope yall enjoy!!! You can post each day or post the whole week at a time!!!!

    I can definately do this. This will be a great way to stay motivated to be undermy calorie goal.

    I love this challenge. Its really important that my eating stays in check. I am not burning as many calories as I used to. I haven't even been as meticulously in counting calories lately. I think this will really help me.

    So is the calorie goal with or without exercise calories? My daily allowance is 1200 cals. But if I burn 300, should I use 1500?

    1. Drink water with every meal.
    2. Take my multi-vitamin everyday.
