Here's a question:
I have Jillian's 30 day shred, but I haven't opened it yet. I also have Bob Harper's Inside Out Cardio/Strength DVD. Also unopened.
Here's why: I'm using Billy Blanks Fat Blasting Cardio, which I like very, very much. I feel like if I switch to Jillian or Bob, I will be abandoning Billy.
Don't even bother telling me how ridiculous that sounds, I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm terribly serious.
So...would it be okay to switch up sometimes? Maybe Billy today, Bob tomorrow? Plus the 30 day shred is such a commitment...

I know what you mean, but switching it up also produces more results which billy would be happy about0

I too love Billy (and now his son is doing videos-LOL) and switching will give you different results, but be aware you don't burn as much with the other DVD's. 55 min with Billy is a little over 1000 calories of burn. I switch occasionally. I also like some of his Boot camp workouts with the resistance bands, they tone you up quickly.0

I have 4 Jillian Video, A tae bo series, pilates videos, and a few other things... I continually rotate. 30 day shred I didn't do every day.. I would do it 2-3 times a week with other videos on off days, or run outside when it was nicer weather. It is good to mix up your workouts. Jillians videos are good for working on strengthn0 -
I kinda felt the same way about Billy, but when i got to the point where i could mute the workout and know exactly what he was saying, it was time for a change. I have 4 of his dvds to this was a little crazy. I use my onDemand to discover new people (like his son)0

HI I do understand what you mean. Since starting MFP I have been working out with Leslie's Walk away the pounds..I have Jillian M. maximize complete set and yesterday I went out to get the 30 day shred. Last week what I did was on some days I would do WAP and on other I would do one of Jillian M. dvd.. My plan is to switch from one work out dvd to another so by body will not get use to one type of work out plus the 30 Shred for 30 days..0
