Hey everyone!
I started this site yesturday, and so far I think it's amazing!! I've wanted an easy way to keep track of my calories for a while, and this is such a great idea!
My goals are mainly to tone up and drop 10 pounds by next month. Nothing too crazy... yet :P
Feel free to chit chat with me - I would love to learn some new recipes for low-cal foods!

Hey! Welcome. I have been on the site less than 2 weeks and it has really helped me track changes that I need to make to my diet and exercise. Glad to have you join us.0

I have also been on here about 1 week. I have had apps on my Ipad that were not as good as this site. I am loving it so far. Good luck!!! :happy:0
