Exersices for a Gimp

I have been running like crazy this year, and have managed to hurt my hip. I decided to take a bit of time off from running. Running was my only form of exercise, besides an occasional Zumba session. Does anyone have ideas on how to burn some calories without putting stress on my injured hip. I do not have a membership to a gym, so swimming is out, but I would appreciate any ideas! Thanks

    How about bike riding? I did that when I had to stop running because of hip pain a few years ago.
  • Yoga!!! You really can lose weight with yoga. And it helps mentally as well as physically.
